Joint Inspection

We test the equipment together at handover. Any existing wear or functional notes will be documented so you are only responsible for the condition while in your care.

Repairable Damage

Damage caused by misuse (like dropping tools, electrical surges due to poor wiring, or improper storage) will be charged at actual technician or supplier repair costs.

Accessories & Loss

Renters are liable for the full replacement cost of missing accessories (hoses, nozzles, filters, cases) or equipment that is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Settlement Process:
  • Deposit Deduction: Minor damages or missing parts are deducted immediately from your refundable security deposit.
  • Excess Balances: If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit, the Renter must settle the remaining balance within 7 days as per the Master Terms.
  • Functional Testing: Final deposit refunds are issued only after the equipment passes a functional test.
